London to Southend – July 20, 2014

London to SouthendStarting in Victoria Park, East London (map here), the 52mile route heads quickly out of town and after stops along the way for lunch and tea, reaches the finish in the pretty gardens of Priory Park, Southend where riders can relax and enjoy refreshments, music and sports massage before making your way home via Southend Victoria railway station, which is close by.

 

Entry fee for the London to Southend is £20.50, reduced to £19.50 for team entry (six or more riders) and the start times are run staggered between 7am and 9.10am to avoid early congestion.
